Each eligible person may register only one (1) Account on the clubphp Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.
When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information in the event of any change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your clubphp login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized that activity.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting clubphp support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you owe to the Platform under these Terms existing at the date of closure. Verified real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you following successful closure processing.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including disputes regarding the existence, validity, or termination of the Agreement — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority.
clubphp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, clubphp will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the clubphp Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14 above.
